I love to make this on a hot summer day 🙂
PS:I like to add natto to this sometimes.

Ingredients:
- 1 Tomato (I like really beef steak tomatoes for this)
- Dashi Tsuyu
- Soba
- Scallions
- Grate a cold tomato and leave it in the fridge while you cook the soba
- Rinse soba in cold ice water
- Top soba with grated tomato, dashi, + scallions
